[ Ed couldn't possibly have thought Jason WOULDN'T come speeding like a bat out of hell? Two bothers and his sister all gone in a week and now Ed's message. He pushed his bike as fast as he could speeding across the quarantine Skidding to a stop outside of the doors leading in. The bike shut off, and the kick stand put in place as he slipped off his helmet thrown to the ground as he made his way inside, making no effort to be quiet.

Still wearing his guards uniform with his leather jacket zipped over it. His hair was shaggy again after Al being gone as long as he was, he looked tired which by now Ed knew that was normal. Moving like the movie monster he shares a name with through the place until he saw Ed packing.]

[It would be a lie to say he wasn't used to coming and going, noise around the place didn't really get his attention much. Which means he didn't stop packing until he heard the voice, freezing in place. Just going to put up those walls real quick, emotions just get in the way.]

[Ed tenses at the question, he honestly wasn't expecting that - the surprise is evident in his features and he might look a little guilty.] You've got people here now, friends and family from home - you don't need me. [There's a pause before he speaks again, because they hadn't been talking as much, which meant Jason didn't know everything going on with Ed recently. He wasn't sure Jay even knew about Rosie.] She asked me to go with her, and I can't let someone else go through that portal alone when I'm all they've got.
